This was a light refurbishment project for a commercial client who wanted to improve the property for the purpose of renting it out.

We used our pragmatic approach to identify what could be kept, what could be and improved and what needed to be replaced. This would ensure the property could be made ship shape for incoming tenants without breaking the bank.

We saved the client money by repairing the kitchen cupboards rather than replacing them. We added a new worktop to give it a facelift. We replaced the tired pine flooring with a more modern grey plank and used bold colours on feature walls to make it more appealing to prospective tenants.

We also carry out ongoing maintenance at this property when it is required.
